. . . but Albany is feeling the blues!
The New York Post is reporting that Carl Kruger lobbyist Richard Lipsky has been cooperating with federal prosecutors and naming names in a bid for leniency. Bad news for a lot of elected types of the New York variety! The Post speculates that possible Lipsky associates currently hanging in the wind include: Kruger, Espada, Hiram Monserrate, Ruben Diaz and Vito “Gropez” Lopez.
